I recently ordered new Lovesac Sactional covers. Per the Lovesac.com site, the color was titled “Graphite” and came with no further product color description. The picture displayed a cover colored as dark ash gray. The delivery time frame indicated that they were in stock and could be delivered within 1-2 weeks. I called after roughly five weeks of not receiving the product and finally received the merchandise the following week. This totaled a 6-week delivery time frame rather than the advertised 1-2 week.

Upon opening the boxes, the cover material was light brown, not the Graphite color that had been advertised.

I immediately called Costumer Service and as requested, sent a picture of the product. I also offered to take the merchandise in to our local Lovesac Showroom so they too could see the discrepancy. However, each blindly repeated that clearance items are non-returnable even if the item is not what was advertised. The Show Room Manager (Sierra of the Spokane WA River Park Square location) was particularly rude and dismissive and replied that this was not a Show Room problem. It was only after I pursued the complaint that she offered to escalate my issue but then threatened not to unless I was more “co-operative.” Keep in mind that my “lack of co-operation” consisted of a grave concern that neither she nor anyone I have spoken too has used ethical common sense to resolve the issue and that I needed someone who would.

I have fallen victim to bait and switch advertising by Lovesac. My only conclusion is that various covers were incorrectly dyed and in order to sell them, they were sold at clearance using the correctly dyed product picture. Once the item is received and the customer calls attention to the discrepancy, Lovesac claims no liability due to the non-returnable clearance policy.

Its not the most comfy couch and the…

Its not the most comfy couch and the fabric that we chose is junk. I do not think its worth the purchase price. If you have a warranty issue, you have to send the piece back and they will send you a new one THREE WEEKS LATER. What a joke.

A Class Act

We went to the Columbia MD Lovesac mall store on a Saturday purchased our sactional (with the Stealth Tech) and it showed up on my front porch the next Thursday in 19 boxes.
Yes, putting it together is a bit tiring & the covers can be problematic if you don't put them in the right way. You'll have to figure that out. Once you start to put them on the finished sactional you'll see what I mean. Customer service has been fantastic, more than helpful. I've even gotten texts from the store manager about our order. From what I've experienced this company is a class act, I am super satisfied & impressed with our overall experience.
I only have 1 complaint... I wish that the back cushions were more supportive. We chose the Lovesac fill and they are just not as supportive as I remember them being in the store. We also chose the deep seating option and LOVE this! I totally recommend this option with it you'll have plenty of room to snuggle down with a fluffy blanket.

Website defaulted back to couch and…

Website defaulted back to couch and color I didn’t want. Been over 30 days now still trying to resolve the issue. Phone call after phone call email after email and nothing. Horrible customer service.complete trash.

Lovesac offers no good customer service

I ordered a LoveSac bundle that came in a box and a bag. I thought the cover to the LoveSac pillow would be in the bag it came in. I received no extra tracking number. First the footstool and it’s cover came. Then 2-3 weeks later the pillow arrived, but no cover. Finally I called LoveSac customer service and it was well apparent that the cover got lost somewhere. So then I had this big gray blob in my living room. Bethany in customer service said I’d have to file a police report (but I am a K9 LEO 😂) before they could issue a replacement. She also assured me I would get a call back a d they would put a trace on it with FedX. I never received a call back. No one steals packages from my porch. We have four K9’s. And you really can’t file a police report for an item under a certain amount. Plus we have security cameras. I ended up paying (again) for another cover which was delivered fine. And as far as the first payment with the credit card - it will be disputed. Because LoveSac needs to file a claim for a lost package. Absolute nightmare of an experience.

I love my sac it’s huge and it’s defiantly a conversation piece!! People always ask what it is it was shipped nice and small easy instructions washable covers great costumer service I am next in line to buy a sectional

Beautifully Uncomfortable

Several months ago we purchased the Sactional from Lovesac. Most reviews we read were 4 and 5 Stars. Only a few expressed some level of disappointment in the lack of comfort this piece of furniture provides. I'm posting in agreement. We chose the Sactional for many reasons. It is large enough to fill the space we have. It is very easily customized. The covers can be washed. There are many features that set it apart from other similar pieces. These features of course are expensive. It was the most expensive option of those we considered. We upgraded to the nicest fill specifically to ensure it was comfortable. Unfortunately, the insufficient depth of the seats and the lack of cushioning makes it only comfortable for sitting up straight, feet on the floor. Sitting between two sections is very uncomfortable and sliding forward to put your feet up on a table is as well. It's beautiful but not comfortable.

Word to the wise!

Be very careful when ordering and make sure you are well aware of the size. This was a manic purchase and it turned out to be way too large for our apartment. The return policy seems okay until you try to arrange the item to be returned. We were told a third party would be responsible for the pick-up and they would contact us directly and make the arrangements. Well, over three weeks later, there is still no confirmed pick-up date established and it’s becoming quite frustrating. FYI… We do not live in a rural area in the middle of no and where. We are located in a big city and yes we realize we are in the middle of a pandemic but… C’mon Man!!!
